Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CoWorkHub, users agree to be

Eligibility
Access to and use of CoWorkHub is restricted to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years old.
By creating an account, users represent and warrant that they are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Participation in paid projects is strictly limited to users who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to them.
CoWorkHub does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If the platform becomes aware that a user under 16 has created an account, the account may be suspended or permanently deleted.
Users are solely responsible for providing accurate information regarding their age.
Description of the Service
CoWorkHub is a digital collaboration platform that enables:
- Creators to publish and manage projects.
- Collaborators to apply and contribute skills to projects.
CoWorkHub acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not:
- Act as an employer or contractor,
- Guarantee project success,
- Supervise or manage project execution.
All agreements between users are made directly between them.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining
the confidentiality of their login credentials. - All
activity conducted under their account. - Updating
their information when necessary.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate
accounts in case of violations.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws,
- Respect intellectual property rights,
- Not misrepresent their identity or qualifications,
- Not engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Users remain solely responsible for their projects, communications, and agreements.
Intellectual Property (IP)
User Ownership
All content, materials, and project outputs uploaded or created by users on CoWorkHub remain the intellectual property of the individual user, the project Creator, or the project participants, as specified in their mutual project agreement. If no specific ownership agreement is established, each individual retains the intellectual property rights to the content and materials they personally created or contributed. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or share on the platform.
Platform Licence
By publishing content on CoWorkHub, users grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute the content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the platform. This licence does not allow CoWorkHub to claim ownership, sell, or otherwise exploit user content.
Project Ownership Agreements
Creators and collaborators must agree on ownership of project results before starting work. The platform provides standardised agreements and templates to facilitate fair sharing of rights, ensuring that all participants understand their obligations and entitlements.
Dispute Support
CoWorkHub is not liable for disputes between users regarding intellectual property. However, the platform may assist by:
- Providing evidence of project history, timestamps, and agreements;
- Offering a mediation system for users to communicate and resolve conflicts;
- Supplying guidance and resources on copyright, IP rights, and legal options.
User Responsibility
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Uploading content that infringes on third-party rights is strictly prohibited and may lead to content removal or account suspension. Users agree to resolve IP disputes independently or via legal channels if necessary.
Paid Projects
- Only users aged 18 or older may participate in paid projects.
- All payments are processed through the CoWorkHub platform, which charges a commission on transactions. CoWorkHub is not responsible for disputes between users regarding the amount or terms of payment beyond the platform’s payment processing.
- Users are responsible for complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
Content Moderation
CoWorkHub reserves the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms,
- Suspend or terminate accounts,
- Investigate reported misconduct.
The platform may act without prior notice where necessary.
Termination
Users may delete their account at any time.
CoWorkHub may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
